Print Preview menu command

Choose Print Preview from the File menu to see how your e-show will appear when it is printed without actually sending it to the printer. This enables you to make any necessary formatting changes before printing it.

When you choose Print Preview, the e-show outline is replaced with the Print Preview window. Use the Preview toolbar to navigate through your e-show, enlarge the display, or close the preview window. The following buttons are available on the Preview toolbar:

Print

Opens the Print dialog box so you can print the e-show.

Next Page

Displays the next printed page.

Prev Page

Displays the previous printed page.

One Page / Two Page

Displays one or two printed pages at a time.

Zoom In

Reduces the view of the printed page.

Zoom Out

Enlarges the view of the printed page.

Close

Returns you to the e-show outline.
